The remote western shore of the island of Dresta is rumored to have been the heart of some long-forgotten Empire overrun by hobgoblins and their ilk. Few in civilized lands, if any, have heard of the territory of Makuga, though certainly there is some reason the goblin tribes that once infested the shore are fleeing across the mountains into the service of Dallea.
