One of the ascended Undertaken of Podarge the Destroyer, it is claimed that Balqor was once a harbor executioner who perfected the art of killing without witness. He is invoked by assassins and murderers in moments requiring absolute silence. It is said no cry escapes his presence, and even the sea stills when he passes.
