Brinewolves Fleet
The Brinewolves are a brutal and blood-soaked pirate fleet led by the infamous Warcaptain Esmere Vallis, feared across the Betshaban Ocean for their savage hit-and-run tactics and harpoon warfare. Forged from the remnants of whalers, raiders, and castaways, the Brinewolves operate like a wolfpack on the sea: fast, coordinated, and merciless. Their flagship, the Throatbreaker, is a harpooner raider vessel armed with reinforced ballistae and whale-oil traps. The Brinewolves’ crew live by a harsh code: loyalty is survival, cowardice is death, and harpoons are not loosed without intent to kill. Their tactics reflect this code: camouflaged approaches under storm-cover or fog, sudden immobilization with hull-anchoring harpoons, and vicious boarding actions that leave no time for organized resistance. Especially ruthless against military targets, the Brinewolves silence all witnesses and are notorious for luring in victims with falsified distress signals using disguised whaling ships. They do not seek glory; they seek only spoils, blood, and the continued fear of those who sail too far from shore.
